Bearwood College offers a range of facilities to accommodate all business-related functions from small management meetings through to large scale conference forums or prestigious gala evening dinners. The impressive yet intimate Billiard Room offers an informal space for small groups. Training seminars, presentations or break out sessions are often held in the Picture Gallery or the Drawing Room depending on the number of delegates. Conferences, AGMs or presentations to up to 350 delegates, are held in the Theatre. Company social functions, such as gala dinners or seasonal celebrations, are held in either the Picture Gallery, seating up to 120, or the Dining Hall, seating up to 230.
Our convenient semi-rural location offers ample on-site parking and easy access to the M4 corridor, Heathrow airport and the national rail network. So wherever your delegates are travelling from, and however they plan to travel, it is easy to reach Bearwood College.
Bearwood's in-house caterers offer an extensive range of refreshments from simple beverages to splendid four-course meals.
If your conference extends overnight, our relationship with the nearby Moat House Hotel, ensures your delegates will receive a specially discounted room rate on their standard accommodation.
