Bearwood College welcomes the opportunity to help make your special event or social occasion both memorable and enjoyable. Whether you would like a marquee reception on the South Terrace lawn overlooking the picturesque lake or a sit-down meal for your family and friends within the spectacular Victorian Mansion House, we can help.
Our extensive grounds and five stunning rooms are available to hire. These are the Billiard Room, the Drawing Room, the Picture Gallery, the Dining Hall and the Mosaic Room. They are extremely flexible and can be used, arranged and decorated to suit your needs and preferences.
Our personal hires have included the celebration of weddings, birthdays, retirements or graduations with family and friends. Community groups have arranged charity banquets, fund-raising events, barn dances, salsa nights and Christmas fayres with great success.
Our in-house catering team can accommodate any level of refreshment from a summertime BBQ or an elegant drinks reception to a scrumptious gala dinner. We have plentiful free on-site parking and easy access to the M4 corridor, Heathrow airport and the national rail network, making it easy to reach Bearwood College.
If your celebrations are going on late into the evening, you may wish to take advantage of our relationship with the nearby Moat House Hotel, and receive a specially discounted room rate on your standard accommodation.
