Bearwood College's 350-seated modern purpose-built theatre is the only theatre of its size in the vicinity available for public hire. Ample seating in tiered rows of 3 blocks face a spacious stage, providing perfect visibility and acoustics for your audience. See plans  and seating map. The projection, lighting and sound booth offers dedicated technology to help you achieve your intended effects, ensuring that your audience enjoys the highest quality audio-visual experience. For our full Tech Spec, click here. Backstage there are three small rooms and one large room offering a versatile ‘green room’ space. The foyer provides a generous gathering area and includes a kitchenette for potential bar facility provision if you wish to take advantage of this. Catering may be arranged in advance through our in-house team. Our hire package includes free advertising opportunities for your performance or event on our theatre notice boards and on our website.

Typical usage:

Bearwood College Theatre holds a PR0265 Premises Licence for musical, theatrical and dance performances.  Previous hires have included dance shows, plays, orchestral concerts, operas, variety shows, recitals, pantomimes, debating competitions, and corporate presentations, training and AGMs.
