Bearwood College has proved to be the ideal location for many large scale events as well as more intimate functions. With its remarkable mansion and 500 acre estate including a 50 acre lake, it’s hard to find reason not to be impressed with the prestigious facilities available for hire. With many of its original Victorian features the mansion comprises numerous rooms available for different function use.

Theatrical Performances
Bearwood College Theatre boasts a fully equipped 350 seated theatre auditorium which has been used for all kinds of amateur dramatics society groups as well as professional dance and theatre academies. Full projection, lighting and sound booth is available for your use. Bearwood Theatre also offers kitchen and bar facilities in the foyer of the building which can be made available for your performance. We are able to offer you full amenities and catering if required by arrangement.
Business
Bearwood’s well placed location is in easy access to the M4 corridor, making these facilities an effortless choice for your corporate business events. Bearwood are delighted to accommodate all business-related functions from general meeting facilities through to large scale conference forums or prestigious gala evening dinners. With our in-house catering, we hope to make this an uncomplicated asset to the coordination of your event.
Social/Private

Sporting
The range of facilities available for sporting activities is endless with an indoor swimming pool, cricket, pitches for football and/or rugby and a 50 acre lake for fishing.
Film
The Bearwood College estate has been used as the location for many filming projects and with its spectacular exterior and beautifully well kept grounds it’s easy to see why. In these vast surroundings there are many opportunities for video or film and additionally the estate has been used for numerous still photography projects.
Residential Lettings
Bearwood College are able to offer residential lettings over the summer holiday period. Usually with larger educational groups, we can offer exclusive use of all facilities that are available on the estate. We also offer comfortable accommodation and catering.
