A few weeks ago each child in the Bearwood College Pre-Prep Reception class wrote to the Queen to wish her well on her Diamond Jubilee.

Celebrating 60 years of her reign on the throne the children's letters were brightly illustrated and gave them the opportunity to practice their handwriting.

Last week the children were very lucky to receive a letter and a special card from Buckingham Palace, thanking Reception for their lovely letters and giving the whole class even more reason to celebrate!
