As part of National Children’s Book Week 2012, Year 5 led a Treasure Island/Pirate Day at the Prep School through their assembly in the morning.

The children and their teacher dressed up as pirates and took part in fun learning activities based on the Robert Louis Stevenson classic ‘Treasure Island’. This included hunting for the booty, writing character profiles, and desigining their own pirate flags and ships.
