Admissions
- To accommodate the needs of the children and their families as far as possible, we are flexible about attendance patterns. When places are offered, it is in consultation with parents and caregivers so that other family constraints and activities are taken into consideration.
- All children are required to attend nursery for a minimum of two days per week. These may be short days ie 9am - 4pm.
- Once your child reaches the term after their third birthday, they are able to access up to 15 hours free entitlement to nursery care per week. As an Independent School, the 15 hours free entitlement is offered within an integrated package of care, learning and development during term time only. The free entitlement sessions are between the hours of 9am-11.30m and 1pm-3.30pm over 38 weeks of the year. This will be shown without any monetary value on your invoice during term times.
- We welcome all children from the local community, regardless of culture, ethnicity, religion, social group, family organisation or disability. The parents or caregivers of the children are all equally welcomed into the nursery and their experience and expertise are valued by staff. The nursery premises are reasonably accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
- A waiting list is operated. Entry on to the waiting list is by registration. Priority is given to siblings.
- Once you are registered with the nursery and have a place on the waiting list, your place will be held for 1 month before your requested starting date.
