Registration and Acceptance fees
- On registering a £50 non-refundable registration fee is required.
- On accepting a place a deposit of £200 is paid which is refundable on completion of two years schooling in the Pre Prep School

Catering
The Pre Prep School provides a mid-morning snack, a cooked two course lunch and an afternoon snack. The cost of catering is included in the tuition fees.

Insurance
Parents should note the following:
- To take care to ensure that their children’s possessions are insured on their household policy.
- School fee insurance is available as an extra
- BUPA is available as an extra
Notice
Please note that to maintain our high quality standards and excellent staff pupil ratio, we ask that you book termly in advance.
Non Attendance
We are unable to offer refunds on any sessions that your child does not attend although School Fees Insurance is available to cover this loss. We do not offer discounts during holidays, bank holidays or sickness due to the cost of staffing the facilities.

Additional Remarks
- Fees include curriculum resources.
- Bearwood College gives a 10% remission on those fees of children in the Pre Prep school with siblings elsewhere in the College.
Holidays
The school is closed as following:
- For seven weeks holiday per annum and these weeks generally fall as follows:
- Two weeks over Christmas and New Year
- Two weeks at Easter
- Three weeks in the summer
- The school is also closed on Bank Holidays not falling into Paragraph 1 above.
