Academic progression is monitored through a variety of formal and informal measures. National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) Maths and English tests are taken by all pupils twice a year. One written report is sent home each term. The Autumn Term focuses on goals for the coming year, the Spring Term reports progress towards those goals and the Summer Term reviews your child’s development. Two interim assessments of progress are also sent home each term. Formal parents’ evenings are held annually, but you are welcome to come in at any time, by appointment, to discuss your child’s progress.
