Facilities
Bearwood College was founded in 1827 and has been on its current site since 1921. Bearwood’s beautiful wooded 250 acre estate offers extensive facilities including its own theatre, swimming pool, chapel, woodlands and 50 acre lake. The Prep School is located close to the main Victorian Mansion House, in a thoughtfully converted, listed coach-house, known as Jellicoe House. The splendid surroundings of the wider campus combined with the intimate security of Jellicoe House allow children to explore, discover and learn in a safe and attractive setting.
