Pre-Prep School

Under the management of the College’s Senior Management Team*, the Pre-Prep School is opening with the following aims and ethos:

we offer an exciting and varied learning experience in a supportive, friendly environment
we offer a maximum class size of 16, with a teaching ratio of 1:8
we offer a personalised learning programme in order to maximise each child’s potential
we maintain high expectations of individual attainment
we build confidence with key literacy and numeracy skills, within a broad, integrated and creative curriculum
we surpass the National Curriculum’s specifications for Key Stage 1
we provide continuity, coordination and progression from Early Years through to Key Stage 2 education
we offer an extensive range of physical education and extra-curricular activities to extend your child’s education experience
we offer an optional Breakfast Club and after School Club to help you manage your time
we provide an academic year of 36 weeks per year and a holiday club covering an additional 9 weeks per year
we offer parents support and a flexible response to their needs, in a genuine partnership with the school, to develop a community of pupils, parents and staff
we are located in a Grade II Listed Coach House amid a stunning 250 acre site of sports pitches, 50 acre lake, golf course, chapel, swimming pool, theatre, woodland and riding stables
