Registration and Acceptance Fees

On registering a £100 non-refundable registration fee is required. On accepting a place a deposit of £500 is paid, refundable at the end of the pupil’s final term.

Notes on Tuition Fees

  1. Fees are due termly in advance. However a scheme is available to facilitate the payment of fees monthly should you prefer.
  2. Fees include curriculum resources.
  3. A 10% remission on the fees of the eldest child or children applies to the tuition fees of pupils with siblings in Bearwood Nursery, Pre-Prep, Prep or Senior schools.
  4. Bursarial support is available at the point of entry. An application form is available from the Bursar.
  5. The tuition fees cover the school day from 8.45am until 3.15pm and include lunch and a mid-morning snack. Please note that the fees do not include Wrap Around Care.

Childcare Vouchers

Bearwood College accepts Childcare Vouchers for our Wrap Around Care options only.

Non Attendance

We are unable to offer refunds on any sessions that your child does not attend, although School Fees Protection Insurance is available to cover this loss. We are unable to offer discounts during holidays, bank holidays or sickness due the cost of staffing the facilities.

Music

Younger students embarking on a new instrument commence with individually tutored 20 minute lessons at £12 per lesson and progress to 40 minute lessons at £23 per lesson. Tuition is subject to a term’s notice and fees are payable termly in arrears.
